Bullet Proof Dandy Blend
1 heaping tsp. of dandy blend
8 oz. of water
1 TBS of butter, coconut oil or coconut butter
1 TBS of coconut milk (from the can)
whip/blend together and VOILA!
ALMOND MILK
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup of raw organic almonds
8 cups of filtered water , divided
1 small date, pitted
¼ tsp. unrefined sea salt
METHOD
1. Place almonds in a bowl or mason jar with 4 cups of filtered water and ½ of unrefined sea salt. Soak for 12 hours
2. Drain the nuts and rinse well. Transfer to a blender (I use a Blendtec) fill with 4 cups of filtered water. Add the date and the remaining 1/8 tsp of unrefined sea salt and puree until smooth.
3. Strain the milk through a fine mesh sieve, nut milk bag, or doubled cheesecloth. Squeeze to remove all of the liquid. Store in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
You may use other nuts such as cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts and brazil nuts. Cashews need soaked 4-5 hours the others do not. Soaking takes the enzyme inhibitors out of certain nuts. This allows these nuts to be digested easily and properly

- 1/2 of a large avocado
- 1 1/2 cups cold WHOLE ORGANIC milk, kefir or yogurt
- scant 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- pinch pure stevia, or 1 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 ice cubes, optional or can thin with Native Forest Brand BPA free canned WHOLE coconut milk
